French Silk: Filled with dark chocolate mousse, topped with whipped cream and dark chocolate curls

~the Pastry Goddess Tarts~

Our tarts are made from Sable, a sweet shell similar to shortbread.  Our Key Lime is created using a buttery graham crust. 

We then fill our tarts with a variety of fillings: Dark Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Curd, Pastry Cream, Coconut Cream, Key Lime, and many others...

The tarts shown here are just some of what we can make.  Always ask if you have a special request.


Fresh Fruit Tart:
Filled with Pasty Cream and topped with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. 


Cherry Tart: Filled with cherries and topped with a sable lattice crust.


Key Lime: Graham Crust filled with Key Lime and topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.


Peach Almond: Filled with almond frangipane and topped with fresh peaches and then baked.


Coconut Cream: Sweet Coconut Cream topped with whipped cream and freshly toasted coconuts.


Pear Almond: Filled with almond frangipane and topped with fresh pears.


French Coconut: A baked coconut custard topped with ganache rosettes and toasted coconut.
