| The Pastry
Goddess proudly offers classes several times yearly. Each class
covers several courses of a meal from appetizers to desserts (our
favorite!).
Each class starts
with a quick introduction to the professional kitchen environment and
safe food handling. We always include a course curriculum and a
recipe booklet so you can make everything at home. All of our
booklets have plenty of room for writing so you can watch more of the
instruction and spend less time furiously copying down a recipe.

| And of course, what would a class be
without any hands on work? We have a lot of fun in our classes and
include as much "hands on" as you're willing to jump into! Each
class has several opportunities to "get messy" for anyone who wants to.
